Rachael has extensive experience with for-profit and not-for-profit providers within the aged care industry. With a Registered Nursing background and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care Management, she has held executive management roles within the industry and provides Nurse Advisor functions for providers with unmet requirements and sanctioned aged care facilities. Rachael has qualifications in forensic and investigative interviewing and is also a Chairperson of the board of an aged care facility in Sydney, NSW.
